Pycnanthemum pilosum
Perennial.
Like common mint (mentha) species in terms of growth habit and taste, but more fragrant and intense. Very vigorous. Great pollinator plant. Has a host of white flowers later in the summer. Full minty flavor. Use it to make mint tea.
Surface sow seeds and lightly tamp into soil. Keep damp until sprouted in 7-10 days.
